Brief Biography: Linda Kobylarz

 
In my work as a counselor and consultant, as well as years of experience in association leadership positions, I have developed the skills needed to accomplish both roles. In meetings, I listen carefully, analyze and clearly summarize comments, provide ideas that lead to solutions and facilitate reaching consensus. Professional Experience: Career development consultant to federal and state agencies, business and education since 1986 in the areas of: employability, workforce development, career assessment, program design and evaluation. Adjunct Professor. Published writer. M.Ed, GCDF, GCDFI.

 

It has been my privilege to hold leadership positions in NCDA over the past 15 years, serving as Membership Committee Chair, Professional Development Committee Chair, North Atlantic Region Trustee and Board Member. I served as President of Connecticut Career Counseling and Development Association twice and Secretary of NECA.
