Deb Randall takes office as Ohio Pharmacists Association Trustee

The Ohio Pharmacists Association (OPA) announced that Deborah Randall, R.Ph., of Fremont, Ohio, was installed as Trustee representing District 1 at its 140th Annual Conference held April 20-22 in Columbus.

Randall is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy, where she also served as president of the Pharmacy Alumni Association. She has practiced community pharmacy in the Toledo area for more than 30 years and has held all offices of the Sandusky Valley Academy of Pharmacy. Before retirement, she most recently practiced at Grund Drug in Fremont, Ohio.

“We are pleased to have Deb Randall on our Association’s Board of Trustees. She has been a valued member of the organization and the pharmacy community for many years, and we look forward to continuing to work with her as a Trustee,” said Ernest Boyd, OPA Executive Director.

OPA, established in 1879, represents more than 4,000 pharmacists, pharmacy educators, and pharmacy students throughout the state. It is OPA’s mission to unite the profession of pharmacy and encourage interprofessional relations, while promoting public health through education, discussion, and legislation.
