What You’ll Do
• Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices.
• Manage inventory levels and perform restocking duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• High school diploma or GED.
• an Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
• An Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPht / ExCPT).
• Working knowledge / familiarity of pharmacy automation (preferred)
• COV19 Vaccination (preferred)
Preferred:
• Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.
• 2 years of hospital pharmacy automation experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.
Work Conditions
• The PRN is an On Call position to support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc. for our Lima / Toledo OH site(s).
• Must be able to commute to work at this site: 730 W Market St, Lima, OH 45801 and/or 2213 Cherry Street, Toledo, OH
• Day Shift: M – F, 6 am to 2:30 pm (may subject to change)
• Possess flexible availabilities (i.e., PRN match well if you are able to support shift listed when On Call, or, currently retired CPhT, working 7 on 7 off, PRN status, Part-Timer, etc.)
• Hospital Pharmacy Environment
• Ability to travel for training.
• Pharmacy environment; 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexible hours based on business needs.
• Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.
