Comment on SMBO Proposed Rule Updates on CME, Prescribing, Personal Information Systems, Invasive Procedures
Comment until May 22
The State Medical Board of Ohio (SBMO) has filed proposed rules with the Common Sense Initiative (CSI) office. This is the second step in the rule revision process during which CSI has assessed any adverse impacts to businesses. The CSI review must be completed before a rule can be submitted for the formal rule-making process through the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review.
During this process, public input is sought. Rules up for consideration pertain to personal information systems, CME rules, controlled substances and exposure prone invasive procedure.
Comments are due by Friday, May 22.
