AACOM Publishes OGME Match Report

With assistance from the AOA and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME), the American Association of College of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) recently published The Osteopathic GME Match Report, 2009.

The report compares selected characteristics of osteopathic medical students with the specialty into which they were matched.  Characteristics include research experience, work experience, volunteer experience, publications, and COMLEX-USA scores.  

The report was produced in response to a request from the Council of Student Government Presidents (COSGP).  The AOA and NBOME provided data, statistical expertise and support in the preparation of the report.  A copy of the report may be downloaded on the AACOM website
