- How to build systems and processes that improve quality while reducing owner dependency

- The intersection of technical excellence and business strategy: why both matter for long-term growth

- Leadership principles for developing high-performing crews and management teams

- How to position your company for premium valuation in an era of industry consolidation

Whether you run a crew of 5 or a company doing $10M+, this session delivers practical, immediately applicable insights to help you build a business that works for you - not the other way around

Beyond Physical Safety: Leadership and Mental Health on the Jobsite
with Dr. Richard Griff - CEO and President of Griff Psychological Associates

The roofing and construction industry experiences some of the highest rates of stress-related mental-health challenges and suicide, yet many leaders report feeling unprepared to recognize risk or respond effectively. This session highlights the critical role leadership plays in identifying warning signs, responding appropriately, and fostering a workplace culture in which safety includes mental health.

Participants will learn how promoting mental health does not compromise productivity or performance. Drawing from military and sport psychology–based resilience frameworks, the workshop demonstrates how targeted, leadership-driven mental-health strategies can enhance workforce well-being while supporting organizational performance and business goals.

Using real-world, jobsite-based scenarios, attendees will learn how to reduce isolation, communicate effectively, and take practical action—without stepping outside their leadership role or assuming therapeutic responsibilities.
