AAPA House of Delegates
The American Academy of Physician Associates House of Delegates (AAPA HOD) is responsible for establishing the collective values, philosophies, and guiding principles of the PA profession through the adoption of policy.
Ohio currently holds nine delegate seats in the HOD. These elected representatives serve on behalf of all Ohio PAs and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants during AAPA House of Delegates meetings.
The number of delegate seats allocated to each state constituent organization is based on the number of AAPA members residing in that state. Simply put, greater membership participation means stronger representation for advancing PA priorities in Ohio.
