Explanation of Benefits

  • Discount on exhibit booths at conferences
    • When registering for a spot in the trade show at one of our conferences, you will input a unique discount code to apply to your registration at checkout. This code will be given to you by CEAO and will reflect a different discount value depending on your membership level.
  • User login to the CEAO Roster App

    • New this year, CEAO is going digital! Say goodbye to the paper roster and say hello to the CEAO Roster App. Not only will you be able to have all the information the printed roster provides at your fingertips, you will also get all the added features a digital app can provide that a physical booklet cannot.
    • The CEAO Roster App will be a public app that anyone can download on the app store. But, there will also be a private side of the app that will need a username and password to access. The private side of the app will have all of the county information, the supporting member directory, a chat function, podcasts, and more. After completing your membership application, email maventino@ceao.org to set up your user access. The number of users allotted is depended on your membership tier.
  • Membership Display Sign
    • You will receive a table sign to display on your exhibit table to proudly show all attendees your support of CEAO and our mission to support those involved with Ohio's local infrastructure.
  • Listed in the Products and Services Guide
    •  The Product and Services Guide serves as a reference for County Engineers when looking for new companies to work with. Simply specify what areas your company specializes in when filling out your application and you will be listed in the corresponding section of the guide.
  • Access to CEAO event photography
    • Get access to pictures of your exhibit booth and your representative engaging with attendees at conferences to use for your own marketing needs.
  • One Website Sponsorship Opportunity
    • As a website sponsor, you are not only showing their support of CEAO, but also for the profession of engineers and surveyors. Your company logo and a link to your website will be displayed on our website to show that we support you as much as you support us. Email your logo to maventino@ceao.org .
  • Customized Page in the CEAO Roster App
    • With a digital app, possibilities are endless! In our supporting member directory, each supporting member will get the opportunity to design the page that represents their company. The beauty of going digital is that nothing is permanent! Make changes or add things to your page as you wish. Email maventino@ceao.org to get started on how you want to show what your company can do!

  • Invite to the CEAO Mix & Mingle Event
    • Get quality time with the county engineers at this networking event. Have fun and build relationships with the decision makers.
    • A set amount of invites will be sent out to our highest level supporting members.
  • Recognition in CEAO E-Bulletin News
    • There is never enough promotion! Get your logo displayed in the CEAO E-Bulletin News when we send out emails to our attendees and members.
  • The ability to have a representative on a CEAO event committee
