This has led to many questions about how to track and report attendance when it comes time to fill out Form A in 2021.

It's important for all clergy to have current funeral forms on file with the synod office so that your funeral preferences are carried out according to your wishes. These forms help make a difficult time filled with important decisions less stressful for your loved ones.
