The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical, service-focused work.
As FDIC, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive work environment while ensuring the funeral home runs smoothly and efficiently. That includes staying current on company updates, upholding policies and procedures, and managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and marketing responsibilities. You’ll also take the lead in staff supervision - from performance reviews to coaching and day-to-day support.
In addition to overseeing operations, you’ll lead by example in delivering compassionate, high-quality service to the families who trust us during difficult times. You’ll lead them through the arrangement process with professionalism and respect, ensuring each service reflects our values of excellence, trust, care, and growth.
