STARTING DATE: Spring 2026
SALARY: Per the Board of Education approved salary pay scale
REPORTS TO: CTE Supervisor
WORK WEEK/YEAR: As per board-adopted calendar
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience, 3 of those years being the most recent in the field
- Must hold Fire and Emergency Services Instructor II Certification
- Must hold Firefighter II and EMT-Basic Certification
- Must hold Live Fire Instructor Certification
- Must be an American Heart Association BLS Instructor
- BCI and FBI criminal records results less than one-year old must be submitted prior to initial employment and as required thereafter

- Team player who demonstrates initiative, dependability, and reliability
- Highly organized and committed to planning and implementing engaging and wide-ranging instructional experiences
- Demonstrates a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality in all matters related to student and staff information
- Maintains laboratory and classroom organization and cleanliness
- Meets assigned grading and attendance documentation deadlines
- Plans, develops, and maintains program
- Committed to ensuring ongoing collaborative and constructive communication with parents and the related professional community.
- Adheres to and supports school policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and seeks advice and feedback when needed
