Please keep these upcoming dates/deadlines in mind:

•  October 31, 2016 - due date for the next premium installment
  
  
• November 14, 2016 - date we request to have Group Rating documents returned to guarantee being filed in 2017 program. Members already in CareWorksComp’s group rating and eligible for 2017, will be automatically renewed into the 2017 program.
  
  
• January 24, 2017 - enrollment deadline for Group Retrospective Rating programs.
