Bio: Jeanette Parra is a Nurse Consultant at Synchrony Pharmacy with over 16 years of experience in health care. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and a Certified Trainer in Non-Abusive Psychological & Physical Intervention, with deep expertise in crisis prevention, de-escalation, and behavior management. Her background spans quality improvement and LEAN initiatives, staff education and training program development, and Crucial Conversations facilitation. Jeanette holds a Master of Arts in Education Technology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan-Flint.
