Bio: As National Director of Training and Customer Support for the Wellness Services branch at Aegis Therapies, I get to do what I love most—help people live well and feel good doing it. I lead the strategic development and implementation of multidimensional wellness and activity programs across a variety of care settings, helping teams bring creativity, purpose, and joy into every interaction. With 15+ years in the wellness world (and more than half of that in my current role), I’ve built a career around training, program innovation, and customer support—always to make wellness/activities programs engaging, meaningful, and fun. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM and a strength programming specialist for older adults through ACE Fitness. My background stretches across program management, marketing, education, customer service, event planning, and communications—basically, all the pieces that make wellness programs come alive. What truly lights me up:
• Designing creative wellness themes that spark curiosity and boost participation.
• Building incentive-based engagement strategies that make wellness feel more like play than work.
• Championing inclusive movement programs that support strength, confidence, and independence.
• Promoting mindfulness and self-care—from gratitude journaling to group meditation—to support emotional and mental well-being.
At the heart of it all, I believe wellness should be multidimensional, inclusive, and inspiring. My mission is to help individuals and teams thrive through programs that blend purpose, connection, and fun—because when we move, laugh, and learn together, we grow stronger in every way.
