The City of Shaker Heights is seeking letters of proposal from qualified consultants with demonstrated experience in commercial real estate, retail, market analysis, consumer and
commercial demand analysis, and tenant mix planning. The selected consultant will develop a comprehensive Tenant Mix Plan that includes defining the consumer market area, evaluating the current business mix, providing a leakage and opportunity analysis, and recommending a strategic
business and tenant mix with prospects for the Chagrin-Lee commercial district in Shaker Heights, primarily on Lee Road.
