New Information Added to SynodFest Section of Website--Check It Out!
Newly added to the SynodFest section of the Southern Ohio Synod website are the following SynodFest activities you and your family can choose to participate in.

Jacob's Porch (OSU Lutheran Campus Ministry) Seeking Candidates for Pastor A call team has formed and met regularly since the start of the New Year. Necessary materials have been completed and they hope to begin connecting with interested candidates as early as May.

The results from February 2012 are in. . .69 people have taken the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment putting us at 37.7%, just 29.3% shy of our 65% goal.

Tornado Recovery Efforts Update March 6, 2012
Pr. Jim Dinkel, chair of the Southern Ohio Synod Disaster Response Task Force, reports that hundreds of homes were either destroyed or seriously damaged in the tri-state area hit with tornados on Friday, March 2.

Reminder! Synod Assembly Resolutions Deadline is March 15
Resolutions for consideration by the 2012 Southern Ohio Synod Assembly must be submitted to the synod office no later than March 15, 2012.

Reds v Tigers for Lutheran Day at the Reds, June 10--Tickets Coming Soon!
As a way to close out SynodFest 2012 with a bang, we are partnering with the Reds and the Indiana-Kentucky Synod to host Lutheran Day at the Reds, Sunday, June 10, 2012 beginning at 1:10 pm.

God's work in mission always propels us to encounter the neighbor, particularly in the stranger. Glocal Mission Gatherings equip us for God's work in today's global and local realities and their "glocal" intersections.
