Ohio Research Forum
Platform or Poster - (Deadline: February 8)
The Ohio Pharmacists Association and the Council of Ohio Colleges of Pharmacy are pleased to announce the 13th Annual platform/poster presentation program at the OPA 130th Annual Conference, entitled Ohio Research Forum.
This venture will provide an opportunity for those of us performing research in pharmacy to present our findings to pharmacy practitioners here in Ohio. It is an exciting opportunity for faculty, residents, and students to display and discuss research, and to share its impact with the individuals responsible for serving Ohio citizens with the best the profession has to offer. We are happy to continue the poster presentation venue at this year's Conference.
The platform presentation program will be held on Friday, April 11, 2008, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. at the Columbus Convention Center in downtown Columbus. The poster session will immediately follow in the Exhibit Hall from 3:40 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. You are invited/encouraged to submit an abstract of your work using the online form (see link below). Please indicate if you prefer platform or poster presentation format on the form. The program has capacity for 8 platform presentations and 25 posters. The selection committee will make the final determination. Authors should plan a 12-minute platform presentation which includes time for questions. Audio-visual equipment will be available [please check the appropriate boxes on the form for audio-visual needs]. Submission deadline is Friday, February 8, 2008. Notification of acceptance and presentation format/time will be sent via e-mail to the address provided on the abstract 3 to 4 weeks prior to the presentation.
You will be invited/encouraged to submit an abstract of your work online using the form provided in the following link: $$Link
