Continuing Education Credit
This meeting is targeted to all pharmacists and offers up to six contact hours (0.6 CEU) of continuing pharmacy education credit. The continuing education for this program is coordinated by the Ohio Pharmacists Foundation (OPF).
To receive continuing pharmacy education credit, you must fill out the CE form indicating programs attended. Sign, date, and return it to the OPA staff or office. Statements of CE credit will be distributed at the conclusion of the seminar for pharmacists who attend the entire seminar and submit the completed CE form. All other statements of credit will be mailed.
