Dominion Energy Streamlining Emergency Dispatch Numbers
Dominion Energy is streamlining their emergency dispatch numbers. There will be one centralized telephone number for fire officials and other emergency responders to reach Dominion Energy Ohio’s 24-hour Dispatch Center.
The dedicated Emergency Responder hotline number is (800) 521-2600. This is not a new number, and many, if not most, of you have been using it. However, there are other phone numbers that may be in use in certain areas that are being discontinued.
Using this phone number will allow you to bypass their automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) routing system and provides direct contact with our Dispatch personnel.
Please share this number throughout your organization especially with your dispatch personnel. We also encourage you to share this number with any other emergency responders in your community.
