ADVERTISEMENT TO SELL EQUIPMENT BY THE SEALED BID PROCESS
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 505.10 (A)(1) the Canton Township Board of Trustees will accept sealed bid offers for the purchase of the Canton Township Fire Department’s Unit 338A: 2003 Freightliner with walk-in command box built by Central States. Powered by Mercedes MBE 900-300 with an Allison 3000 transmission. Vehicle has 16,646 miles with a (4) bank cascade filling system and Super Vac model KL450 light tower. Any person interested in submitting a bid to purchase this equipment shall submit their offer in a sealed envelope marked: “UNIT 338 Offer to Purchase” and containing the bidder’s name and return address, to the Canton Township Fiscal Officer, 4711 Central Avenue SE, Canton OH 44707, no later than three o’clock p.m., on the 15th day of April, 2016. Truck will be available for inspection on April 8th, 2016 at 3103 Parkway NW Canton, OH (station 3) from 10a-2p
Bids shall be opened and tabulated at the Regular Meeting of the Canton Township Board of Trustees at 7:15 p.m., on the 19th day of April, 2016. The Canton Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
