Bio: Ryan grew up in the senior living industry and worked in communities his whole life. Ryan began his professional career in commercial insurance, with a focus on senior living and healthcare, before moving into Operations for AgeWell Living, now AgeWell-Solvere, where he began as a manager-in-training and was later named Associate Executive Director of a 350-resident community. After some time in that position, Ryan was promoted to Director of Administration & Risk Management, where he oversaw financial, HR, and Risk management processes before coming to Accushield. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Accushield, Ryan works with HealthCare operators to find solutions to make communities and facilities more efficient and secure.
