Bio: Tiffany is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience, whose passion for geriatrics has guided her entire career. She is a strong patient advocate dedicated to improving the care of older adults by enhancing care settings to promote excellent patient outcomes. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spalding University.

In her current role as Director of Nursing Services for Synchrony Pharmacy, Tiffany oversees the nurseing services provided by Synchrony Pharmacy and provides support and guidance to extended‐care facilities, focusing on improving clinical practice and ensuring regulatory compliance. She collaborates with facility leadership to implement best practices and deliver education that elevates the quality of care for residents and patients.

Prior to joining Synchrony Pharmacy, Tiffany served as Director of Nursing Services and Director of Clinical Operations in long‐term care and assisted living settings. In these leadership positions, she led her teams through numerous surveys, achieving outstanding results by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and compassionate care.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has been recognized for her ability to blend clinical expertise with strategic oversight. She remains committed to mentoring nurses and medication aides and advocating for the unique needs of the geriatric population. Her unwavering dedication continues to shape environments where older adults thrive, and care teams deliver their very best.
