Finding joy in the journey…  Jen owns Take Flight, LLC, which provides business development and leadership training consulting services. She is a Senior Consultant and civil engineer (P.E., LEED AP) with 25+ years of experience in the AEC industry including business development, strategic planning, team leadership, project management, operations, and technical design. She started her career on the technical/design side of private site development and expanded into project management, leadership, and business development. Her passion is creating deep, mutually beneficial relationships by connecting people virtuously. She is skilled at defining efficient and effective solutions to accomplish a strategic goal. She splits time between Phoenix and Columbus.
