NCDA's Resources Related to COVID-19

Are you a helping professional looking for support with COVID-19? If you only have 10 minutes, please start here by viewing NCDA's curated list of resources. We have gathered a few key resources to help reduce practitioner overwhelm and information overload.

NCDA has formed a small working group to select and evaluate resources. No one person is equipped to deal with these unprecedented times. We are approaching this together, as a community of career professionals. You can, in turn, support your communities across the country, and worldwide, knowing that your colleagues and peers have carefully chosen these resources for you.

Our main message:

Do your part to flatten the curve and practice social distancing. We encourage you to share this information widely, as it is vital for the health of our clients, communities and countries.

The NCDA COVID-19 Resources page will be continuously updated with career development and mental health resources. Find information on topics such as: remote work, coping, self care, job loss, layoffs, future of work, etc. We also included coronavirus resources like sharable social media images and legitimate websites about social distancing and flattening the curve.  If you have a resource to contribute to our working group for consideration, please contact Ali Breen at abreen@ncda.org or leave a comment at the bottom of the resources page.

Our headquarters team, board and membership are working remotely and accessible via email and phone messages. We are here, please reach out.
