Plan ahead to join us! This conference will center around global perspectives, care across the lifespan, financial impact, just culture, policy influence, and innovation. Nursing contributions to research, education, leadership, advocacy, clinical practice, and digital initiatives in homes, communities, and primary care settings will be addressed.
Confirmed speakers include Howard Catton, chief executive officer of the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and Barbara Stilwell, head of the global advocacy campaign at Nursing Now and president of the International Collaboration for Community Health Nursing Research (ICCHNR).
Call for Abstracts – Now Open!
We are pleased to invite abstract submissions for the IHCNO/ADNE/City St George’s University of London UK Conference 2026. This international event will explore the vital role of nursing in homes, communities, and primary care settings, with a focus on:
- Global perspectives
- Care across the lifespan
- Financial impact and sustainability
- Just culture and workforce well-being
- Policy influence and advocacy
- Innovation and digital transformation
We welcome contributions in research, education, leadership, clinical practice, policy, and innovation.

Eligibility
- Abstracts and presentations must be in English.
- The first author is responsible for the content and all communication.
- Submission indicates intent to register and attend the conference if accepted.
- Presenters are responsible for registration, travel, and accommodation costs.
Abstract Guidelines
- Word limit: 250 words (body of abstract)
- Font: Arial, 12 pt
- Format:
- Block format (no paragraph indents)
- Single-spaced text, double space between paragraphs
- Content:
- Align with abstract type (e.g., practice, education, research, leadership)
- Spell out abbreviations on first use
- Additional requirements:
- State preference for oral or poster presentation
- Include 1–2 objectives
- Provide 1–2 key references
Review & Notification
- Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent via email.
- Notification of decision: By 31 December 2025
