Emerging Leaders Academy - Session 2
Hybrid, Zoom and In-Person
The second session of the Emerging Leaders Academy program is WorkforceSUCCESS® –
Recruit, Retain, Reward. This session will run for approximately 2 hours, scheduled for 10:00 - 12:00, 6/23/2026, at GMA's Westerville office and also available via Zoom.
The session will cover:
- Leading people, not just managing roles
- Hiring for leadership potential
- Retention through engagement and development
- Building culture and strengthening talent pipelines
