Strategic Planning Services RFQ
Village of Yellow Springs
Salary Range: $75,000
The Village of Yellow Springs is requesting statements of qualification proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional strategic planning services for the facilitation and development of a five (5) year Strategic Plan.
The Village completed a Comprehensive Land Use Plan in 2020, expects completion of an update to a 2018 Housing Study in the weeks ahead, and has 2-year Goals established by Council. Less formally, there are a variety of ongoing plans, initiatives and strategic conversations related to housing, transportation and other significant topics that are not strategically incorporated. We desire to clarify our long-term vision and ensure there are prioritized action plans associated with identified plans, goals and documents. We expect the Strategic Plan to serve as a focused framework to align service and budgetary allocation, guide investments, and improve coordination across identified key initiatives.
