A 21-year veteran of Fidelity Information Services (FIS), Lynn Roche began as a relationship manager for the company’s Little Rock core processing data center. With her passion for finding ways to lower costs and operate more efficiently, the company quickly recognized her contributions and asked her to assume responsibility for all six of FIS’ core processing centers.
Roche was later promoted to the position of SVP in the Payment Services Division. In this role she is responsible for FIS’ network of Payment Service centers. While ably leading strategic planning initiatives, her unwavering attention to the smallest details serves her and the company well as she oversees the intricacies of implementations, product development and technical support. Following numerous acquisitions, FIS relied on her to tackle a formidable challenge—that of transforming the paper based processing to electronic. At the same time she led the Check Image Division through expansion into new products and services. Recently Roche has been given the additional responsibilities of overseeing the Output Solution Division which provide print and card productions services to more than 2000 customers serving both the financial and non-financial markets.
Before joining FIS, Roche managed branch operations for Northeast Savings Bank where she was involved in the consolidation of banks across three states to a common platform.
