Joe Sherman & Craig Rhoades Elected to Board of Trustees

The election for two available 3 year Trustee positions on the Board of Trustees for The Woods of Indian Run Homeowners Association was concluded at the beginning of the annual meeting on November 1, 2009. Thanks to all three candidates for offering themselves to neighborhood Homeowners Association service.

The results are:

Out of 96 homes in the association - 37 voted. One of those votes was not counted as it was ineligible due to unpaid Homeowners Association dues for 2009. Of the remaining 36 eligible voter ballots, or 37.4% of homes in the neighborhood, the vote results were:

Joe Sherman - 27
Craig Rhoades - 24
Christine Wilson - 18

Mr. Sherman and Mr. Rhoades were officially confirmed as Board members at the annual meeting. Congratulations to both of them.

They will be replacing Greg Hartman and Cindy Bryden as their terms expire this month. Our special thanks to both Greg and Cindy for having served their neighbors and neighborhood in giving of their time, work (and patience) for our benefit. Please thank them personally when you see them in the neighborhood.

The election results were counted and certified by the election committee - Bob Alamshah and Don Filibeck.
