XML Tag	Tag Type	Tag Description of Data or elements
inventory	Block	Inventory tag represents the start and end of the transmission of this file format.
transmission	Block	Transmission tag represents the group of transaction records for this file. This tag represents the type of data being transmitted and the ‘action’ to be transacted on the data group. Transtype: This the type of transaction to reference the type of ‘action’ to be transacted on this group of records. The suggested valid options are: ‘New” – new items from vendor. “Update” – to existing items from vendor ”Age” – ageing list of items on an “end of life” list from vendor (limited quantities or time available) “Deprecate” – items vendor will no longer carry. Company: This is the name of the vendor for the transaction grouping. This allows for multiple vendor references within one transmission.
Items	Block	This is the block tag to reference all items in the block.
Item	Record	This is the tag to represent a single item record.
CustItemCode		This is the customer’s item code for the vendor’s item code. This will allow the file to be sent back to the vendor for update into their system for cross data transmission.
ItemNumber		Vendors item number to be referenced when communicating with the vendor.
ItemName		Vendors item name. This is what the vendor calls the product.
Description		Vendors item description. This is the vendor’s description of the product.
ItemCategory		Vendor’s categorization of the product.
ItemSubCategory		Vendor’s subcategory of the product.
PurchLeadTime		Product purchases lead time from the vendor in days.
Images	Block	Block reference for image information for the product.
ImageId		This is the vendor’s image name with out any path reference.
ImageDesc		Image Description
PicturePath		This is the absolute path reference for the image source. This does not include the image name.
Handling	Block	Block reference for handling information for the product.
HarmonizationCode		Harmonization Code if available/required
MSDSRequired		Is a MSDS required for the product? Valid options are ‘Yes/No’
MSDSNumber		This is the MSDS reference regardless if MSDS is required.
HazardCode		Hazard code if available/required
packs	Block	Block reference for pack configuration
packconfig	Block	Block reference for individual pack configuration PrimaryPack: Is this the primary pack config for the vendor. Valid options are ‘Yes/No’
uom		Unit of Measure (UOM) code. This is the code used by the vendor for this UOM.
uom_name		This is the name of the UOM. A human readable/understandable format for the uom.
UOMDesc		UOM description. The description the vendor used for this Uom.
UOMType	Block	Block reference for uom functions
Base		Is this the base uom for this product
Pickable		Is this uom pickable for this product
Purchase		Is this uom purchasable from vendor
Receivable		Is this the uom which will be received from the vendor when purchased
Sales		Is this the uom which could sellable to a end customer
Stock		Is this uom a stackable uom, is this a uom which can be stocked on the self to be pickable
Breakable		Is this uom breakable to another uom. to_uom = what other uom is this product breakable to?
Inner		Is this uom an inner of another uom? Inner_of = what is this uom a direct inner of?
packSize		Additional pack size information comment
conversionfactor	Block	Block reference for conversion factors from one uom to another uom.
to_uom		Conversion to uom code (<uom> tag reference)
factor		This is the conversion factor to multiply current <uom> by to calculate to <to_oum> referenced uom code.
uom-weight		Actual weight of the product in this uom. Basis = basis for the weight measurement
uom-dimweight uom-dimweightInternational		Dimensional weight of the product in this uom. Basis = basis for the weight measurement International Dimensional weight of the product in this uom. Basis = basis for the weight measurement
uom-volume		Volume of the product in this uom. Basis = basis for the weight measurement
uom-length		Length of the product in this uom. Basis = basis for the weight measurement
uom-width		Width of the product in this uom. Basis = basis for the weight measurement
uom-height		Height of the product in this uom. Basis = basis for the weight measurement
uombarcode		Barcodes for this UOM
Itembarcode		Barcode value for this uom LabelOnProduct= Is the barcode on the product “Yes/No” barcodeType= Barcode Symbology
Costs	Block	Block reference for the cost references for this uom. Costs should be based on purchasing uom.
Listprice		Vendor list price for product in the current uom.
StandardPrice		Vendor standard pricing (if different from list price)
CustomPrice		Vendor price for client
DiscPct		Vendor Discount percent off listprice. 10.5% represented as 10.5
Freight		Freight cost for product in the current uom.
LandedPrice		Landed Price (CustomPrice + Freight)
PurchMin		Purchase Minimum for this uom
PurchMult		Purchase Multiple for this uom.
suggestRetail		Vendors Suggested retrial price (MSRP).
Shipping	Block	Shipping information block
UPS_able		Is the product able to be shipped by UPS
FedEx_able		Is the product able to be shipped by FedEx
DHL_able		Is the product able to be shipped by DHL
skid	Block	Skid information block
caseuom		Case um used to build the skid (referenced from UOM above)
uom_per_skid		Total units on the skid. (carton_layer * layers_per_skid should equal this number)
cartons_layer		Total units on a single layer of the skid
layers_per_skid		Total number of layers on the skid.

Product Attributes: Product attributes are listed as specific to a product group like Hard Goods or generic to a group or product groups. Not all product attributes are used if the product grouping is not listed.

Hard Goods Attributes:

HGattributes	Block	Hard Goods Attributes Block header. All attributes about the product will be put in this block.
color		Color of product
shape		Shape of product
length		Length of product
width		Width of product
height		Height of product
opening		Opening size of product
base		Base width of product
choke		Choke width of product
origin		Origin of the product – UPS country designator.
material		The material the product is made from
waterok		Is it ok to put water in the product will it hold water.
occasion_holiday		Occasion or Holiday product is produced for (birthday, mothers day, etc)
season		What season is the product for (fall, spring, etc)
Availability	Block	Product availability block Dates/times product is available
DateRange		Date range the product is available startdate : the start date the product is available for shipping enddate: the end date the product is available for shipping
Month_avail		Months the product is available (comma delimited list)
Quarter_avail		Quarters the product is available (comma delimited list)
Year_avail		Year the product is first available (if product is for future shipping)
