WF&FSA 2012 Employee Compensation Survey Now Available
In 2012 WF&FSA has once again co-sponsored the Cross-Industry Employee Compensation Survey, produced by Dr. Al Bates of Profit Planning Group. This bi-annual survey provides an analysis of management and employee pay scales, employee benefits and sales policies across a broad spectrum of wholesalers. The results of the survey are especially valuable to executives who must demonstrate to the IRS that their compensation is “reasonable”.
All participating members completed the Survey (see below) and have received two volumes of the complete Employee Compensation Report – one showing the cumulative WF&FSA results and the other showing the complete cross-industry results. The final 2012 Reports are now available for purchase on the WF&FSA STORE.
