Board of Directors votes to dissolve TransportationMATTERS effective September 1, 2011

The TM Board of Directors met on August 30, 2011 and voted 8-1 to dissolve the TransportationMATTERS coalition. 

The board authorized Chris Runyan, Secretary/Treasurer, to dissolve the non-profit group in accordance with state and federal law.  The board also recommended that once final accounting has been completed to dissolve the coalition, partial year memberships will be reimbursed to the extent money is available.

We thank the members of TransportationMATTERS for their support over the past 2 1/2 years.
