To set up an online merchant account, you need to choose one of the following options:
OPTION #1:
If your current merchant account is though Global Payments or EXS, you may contact them directly about setting up an Internet merchant account using Authorize.net. Here's the contact info:

OPTION #2:
Contact one of the three online payment providers to set up a new Internet merchant account.
We carefully selected these vendors to provide you with three alternatives to review and consider the best fit for your organization. You must use one of the three providers listed below.

Authorize.net is a brand that is well-known and widely used across many websites. The user interface is also excellent. - PayPal.com
Click: Sign-up > Business > Account type: Website Payments Standard or Website Payments Pro.
PayPal is a brand that is also well known. But since some clients have told us they have had (or heard of) negative experiences, we offer two other alternatives. At present, we have 3 clients using the Website Payments Pro account which includes a virtual terminal with a recurring $30/monthly fee, plus transaction fees. If you select to use PayPal, we recommend starting with the Standard account type which can always be updated if necessary. - X-Charge Payment Processing
