NEW! Prima2 Enhancement - Forms Permissions

Restrict Registrant Type codes to Category Codes

We have added a new option to the Prima Administrator Menu that allows you to assign specific RegistrantType codes to specific Prevail Category codes (including the Subcategory1 & SubCategory2 code combinations) for Prima on-line registrations.

What Does This Mean?

Simply stated...it is now possible to restrict Non-members from selecting a Member form.  You can also distinguish between different levels of Membership.  i.e. Active Members see Active Member forms, Associate members only see Associate form selections, etc.

How Does IT WORK?

Since an individual login is required for the Prima system, this new setting will look at the user's Category code and will only display the available RegType options for that user.

End users who create new accounts are not assigned a Category code until they are imported into the Prevail database. Therefore you can restrict which forms are accessible to new accounts.

How Does This Help?

This will save you time.  This will ensure that online users are guided to the appropriate form which means they will be charged the appropriate rate resulting in fewer administrative corrections after registrations are imported into the Prevail database.

What Does This Cost?

There is no additional cost.  All enhancements are included in your monthly license fee.

How do I Start Using This New Feature?

Please contact our Customer Support Specialists Carolyn Hayzlett or Tim Rorris to assist you with the initial set-up.  This also provides a great opportunity to address the Prima forms set-up and Prevail coding structure unique to your organization.
