Youth & Family Ministry E-bulletin for April 15, 2011
Gathering Financial Assistance & Volunteer Application forms become available Mid-May:
Time to start nailing down who from your congregation is going to the National Youth Gathering if there is an interest in financial assistance and/or if you have folks that would like to be gathering volunteers.

Malaria Net Update: 55 More Nets
34 Nets were purchased as a result of the March 13 Peder Eide Concert at Zion, Middletown.
Another 21 Nets were purchased as a result of the $2 collected from each participant at the 1-3 Grade Event at Prince of Peace, Loveland, the 4-6 Grade Event at Good Shepherd, Cincinnati and at the adult volunteer training event held at Bethel, Grove City.

Yes, going forward you will not need to keep any old e-bulletins that you receive from Gary. To access the e-bulletin archives click on the "YFM E-bulletin Archives" link to the left (3rd tab from the bottom). Or go to the youth and family ministry section of the Synod website.
Hard Copy Mailings
Gary includes a summary of what's happening in the Synod in youth & family ministry in the Synod monthly congregational mailing. Look for the florescent green flier that is included in the mailing. It arrives on or about the 1st of each month. The information is basically the same as what's in the youth & family e-bulletin but can be easily posted around your church building.
