08/17/2010Pastor Wayne Zavotka Pr. Wayne Zavotka had his right hip replaced on Monday, August 9, 2010, at OSU University Hospital East. He came home on Thursday, August 12, 2010. He continues his recovery and physical therapy at home. Please pray for his recovery and healing. Also, please pray for his wife Susan and his family as they care for Wayne.

It has been many years since we did Catechism camp together - but I still have fond memories of you and your canoe.
Anyway, I am sory to hear about your hip replacement. I had a "total knee" done 5 yrs ago and can only begin to imagine how you might feel with a hip. Know that my prayers for a safe and full recovery are with you. Follow the therapists instructions and that will be the best aid in your healing - it may not feel the best - but it will definately help things along.
