TOWN MEETING: Kingston amends Board of Health regulation on defibrillator requirements

The owner of Anytime Fitness left Town Meeting Monday night victorious as  voters decided that the town’s strict regulation on the use of automated  external defibrillators in health clubs was unfair.

Owner Jake Pylant, a Plymouth resident who has been fighting the Kingston  Board of Health since it adopted the regulation and then ruled him out of  compliance, petitioned Town Meeting to pass an amendment making the town’s  regulation consistent with the law adopted by the state.
