Firefighters receive lifesaver awards

Mountain Home Fire Department Lt./emergency medical technician Bob Harris (center) presented awards from the American Heard Association to firefighters/EMTs Rick Latting (left) and Billy Uchtman. The two were honored for using an automated external defibrillator on a person who was in cardiac arrest. The award was presented at a recent Mountain Home Public Safety Committee meeting.
