BWC: Division of Safety & Hygiene Lifting Guidelines

BWC, in addition to being a payer, also wants us to keep our employees safe.  For that reason, we periodically publish their information for your use.

BWC and The Ohio State University (OSU) have partnered on a research project that could lessen the frequency of recurrent occupational back injuries. Researchers from OSU worked with BWC personnel and Ohio employers to test employees with back injuries, and to document the demands of the jobs when they return to work.  This excellant information is available at:
