Health Reform Promotes Wellness
Businesses with fewer than 100 employees can seek five-year grants to establish wellness programs, reports Columbus Business First (April 23, 2010). This could be an exciting opening for our practicing Chiropractor members, giving you an opportunity to forge closer ties to business. Details are still unknown, but it seems if you establish a wellness program, you might be able to work with businesses to implement those programs, and they could pay you from the five year grant. The OSCA will stay on top of this and share details, and keep you informed. Meanwhile, if you have been thinking about implementing or expanding our highly regarded well care program, this might be an ideal time.
