Complete Story 03/15/2010Senate Passes Additional Delay for Medicare Fee Cuts Last week the Senate passed a tax-extenders bill that included a provision to delay the scheduled 21-percent Medicare fee cuts until September 30. The House had already passed its version of an extenders bill and will now begin work on rectifying the differences between the two bills. We will notify the profession immediately when any final action is taken on the Medicare fee cut issue. However, we continue to urge members to contact their federal representatives regarding this issue.
