ACN Group (OptumHealth) Requires Opt Out

For TechHealth

ACN Group (OptumHealth) announced that it was chosen as the workers' compensation network for TechHealth beginning April 1, 2010. Panel doctors have been notified that they will be enrolled in the program unless they opt out within 15 days from receipt of their letter and Plan Summary. As reported in the notice, opt-out requests must be faxed to (888) 626-1701, Attn: Network Maintenance.

While the OSCA cannot legally recommend that members opt out of the program, the association encourages each practicing DC to evaluate their current relationships with ACN/OptumHealth in order to make the best decision for their practice with regard to involvement in the TechHealth workers' compensation program.
