2012 Ohio ProStart® Scholarship Program

OHIO PROSTART MATCHING SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The Ohio Restaurant Association Education Foundation will be offering several Ohio ProStart scholarships to eligible Ohio ProStart students.  If you are an Ohio ProStart senior and meet the criteria listed below, please complete and submit the 2012 Ohio ProStart Matching Scholarship Application no later than April 9, 2012.  Please carefully review the 2012 Eligibility Requirements before completing the application. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • United States citizen or Permanent Resident in the United States.
  • Applied for and will earn a Certificate of Achievement from the National Restaurant Association.
  • Have applied to and gained acceptance into a culinary arts or food management hospitality-related post-secondary program, either substantial part-time or full-time.
  • Major in a restaurant or foodservice related program.
  • Required to attend the Celebration of Stars Banquet on May 16, 2012 to receive his/her award.
