The annual Ohio ProStart Invitational will be held on January 29 & 30, 2012, in conjunction with the North America Pizza & Ice Cream Show at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. This event has grown into a premier competition for Ohio high school management and culinary arts students who are currently enrolled in Ohio's ProStart® Program. Selected judges are professional industry leaders who have graciously volunteered their time, knowledge and expertise.
