Round It Up America:
Joplin, Missouri

On May 22, 2011 a deadly tornado tore through the town of Joplin, Missouri. Shortly after this disaster hit, Round It Up America® co-founders, Harald Herrmann and Jennifer Weerheim, visited the area and presented National Disaster Relief funds on behalf of America's restaurants. In addition to the monies donated by Round It Up America and its participating restaurants, the Ohio Restaurant Association also generously contributed to Round It Up America's relief efforts in Joplin.

Why I Am A Member of the ORA

Roy Getz, an owner and operator of Raising Cane's, recently spoke to the Ohio Restaurant Association about the value he finds in being a member of the association. In addition to being a board member, Getz is also highly committed to the association because of the value he sees the ORA doing on a local, state and national level. At a time when business owners are fighting for every dollar they earn, he believes the ORA is looking out for members' best interests every day.
