Who's Eligible?
All facilities that employ physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are eligible to participate in the APTA Facility Challenge.
What Does My Facility Receive for Achieving 100% Membership?
All facilities that achieve 100% membership will receive:
- A framed certificate that can be displayed so that patients and health care consumers will know that the PTs and PTAs within your facility are committed to a high quality of health care.
- Recognition in APTA publications.
- Press releases sent to local media outlets.
In addition, APTA chapters may provide additional recognition to your facility via chapter newsletters and at component meetings.
How Does My Facility Receive Recognition for 100% Membership?
Simply download the entry form (.pdf) and provide a roster of all physical therapists and physical therapist assistants employed by your facility to APTA. Once membership is verified, APTA will contact you.

How Often Must My Facility Apply for Recognition?
All facilities must apply annually for recognition. APTA will notify the facility when it is time to reapply for the program.
