2010 Annual Conference Exhibitor Information
Please consider the exposure your company will enjoy supporting the profession of physical therapy! Our conferences are attended by physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students. Last year we had over 300 in attendance. This year we have 3 choices available to promote your company to the physical therapy professionals which will be attending our 2010 Annual Conference.

- Exhibit Opportunities: The exhibiting portion is limited to 30 exhibitors. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6 foot skirted table. Electricity will be available upon exhibitor’s request. Set up will begin on October 15, 2010 from 7:00 – 11:30 am. Tear down will be on October 16, 2010 from 2:15 – 4:15 pm. Lunch will be provided for 2 representatives.
- Advertising Opportunities: Are you unable to make time to exhibit at our 2010 Annual Conference? You can now advertise in our conference program! We have 4 options to choose from: Full Page Ad, Half Page Horizontal Ad, Half Page Vertical Ad, and Quarter Page Ad. The Artwork should be Acrobat PDF files and must be saved as 300dpi at 150 line screen.
- Sponsor Opportunities: If you wish to exhibit at our 2010 Annual Conference but cannot be there during the conference, then the Sponsor Option is the perfect fit! There are 4 events which are available to sponsor. You will receive name recognition in the conference program and at the event you are sponsoring. The events include: Student Symposium Refreshments, Conference Breakfast, Annual Membership Meeting, and the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening.
