Oct 7- APhA's Delivering MTM Services: A Certificate Training Program for Pharmacists

Due to demand, OPA has scheduled a second session of APhA's Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services program. This is an innovative and interactive training program that explores the pharmacist’s role in providing MTM services to patients. This activity teaches pharmacists the essential skills necessary to become a successful MTM practitioner. The certificate training program will enhance pharmacists’ clinical expertise in evaluating complicated medication regimens, identifying medication related problems, and making recommendations to patients, caregivers, and health care professionals.

Beginning August 8, OPA members will have preferred and discounted registration for this program.
If space allows, non-member registration will begin August 15.

Requests for refunds, less $50 administrative fee, will be honored if received by 9/20/2013. However, participants who redeem an enrollment code will be charged a fee of $175 regardless of whether or not they complete any portion of the self-study.
In order to facilitate Ohio pharmacists' ability to broaden their scope of practice, OPA plans to continue to offer APhA's valuable Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services training program.
