OSA and OCGA to Host Annual Meeting in December

Columbus, OH The Ohio Soybean Association (OSA) and the Ohio Corn Growers Association (OCGA) will host the 2007 Corn/Soy Annual Meeting on December 12 at All Occasions in Waldo. Registration begins at 8:00am, and the meeting will adjourn at 3:00pm.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about a variety of issues facing the corn and soybean industries, and to have an impact in developing policy to keep strengthening farmers' bottom line. New this year will be an in-depth market outlook session from Pro Exporter, that will present on all the global and nationwide dynamic impacting the corn and soybean industries.

Also new this year, attendees will have a chance to learn about the paradigm shift within the animal agriculture industry in a presentation from Terry Fleck with the Center for Food Integrity (CFI). Following the CFI presentation, attendees will hear first hand from a panel of Ohio livestock and poultry producers about the challenges they face within their industry.

A silent auction will take place throughout the day with proceeds to benefit the Ohio Corn/Soy PAC.
