Position Description: The Manager of Hospice will function as assistant to the Director of Home Health & Hospice. The position will help oversee daily operations and delivery of Homecare and Hospice services including clinical and financial operations, personnel management, customer satisfaction, quality and regulatory oversight and community outreach. Requirements include current Ohio RN license required, Bachelor degree in Nursing Administration, Health Care Administration or other appropriate related field preferred. Dynamic leader with a minimum of five to ten years of Home Health/Hospice experience and three to five years of management experience required. Experience in financial management and business operations as well as knowledge regarding state, federal regulations and Joint Commission standards that are applicable to Homecare and Hospice and strong communication skills required.
